We use a small number of technologies to understand how Re-entry is used and make the product better. This page explains what they do and the choices you have.

Essential technologies

Some technologies are necessary for the website and its features to work properly. These don't require your permission where they are strictly necessary to provide the service you've requested.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use analytics tools including Google Analytics and PostHog. They help us understand things like which pages people visit, which parts of Re-entry they use, where people leave a journey and where the experience could be improved.

Session recording

PostHog may be used to record interactions with the website so we can understand usability issues. Assessment inputs are excluded from recording so the contents of your career answers aren't captured in session replay.

Your choice

Optional analytics should only run after you choose to accept them. You can reject optional analytics and continue to use Re-entry. Your choice is stored on your device so we don't ask you on every visit.

You can change your choice by clearing your site's storage/cookies and revisiting Re-entry. We'll improve these controls as the platform evolves.
